GymHouse
Terms of use
Last revised: 2026-08-15
What these terms are
By creating a GymHouse account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app.
GymHouse is a training application: exercise catalog, routines, progress tracking, gym management and the social layer around all of that.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account.
The data you enter — email, name, date of birth — must be yours and accurate: things the app calculates for you depend on it.
Your password is yours and you shouldn't share it. If you think someone else got into your account, change it from Settings: doing so closes every open session, including those on other devices.
This is not medical advice
GymHouse is not a medical service and does not replace a health professional.
Everything the app calculates — estimated 1RM, volume, the muscle recovery map — is an estimate built from what you record. It doesn't know how you slept, what you ate, how much stress you're carrying or whether you're nursing an injury.
Before starting a training plan, consult a professional, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are coming back from an injury. If something hurts, stop: when it comes to pain, your body decides and not the map. You train at your own risk.
Community rules
What you post — workouts, photos, comments, messages to a gym — must be yours and must not:
· harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone;
· impersonate another person or a gym;
· contain sexual, violent or hateful material;
· be spam or unsolicited advertising;
· recommend doping substances or give medical advice.
You can block anyone you don't want seeing you, and report a post from its own menu. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Your content stays yours
The photos, workouts and routines you upload are yours and remain yours.
By posting them you give us permission to store them and show them inside the app to whoever you decide can see them, according to your privacy settings and the visibility you choose for each workout. Nothing beyond that: we don't sell them and we don't hand them to third parties.
You can delete a post whenever you want.
Gyms
Every gym on GymHouse is an independent business. Whatever you agree with it — fees, minimum term, hours, trainer — is between you and them: GymHouse is not part of that agreement and does not collect your fee.
When you become a member, its staff can see what the app shows them about you as a member: your visits, the routines they assign you, and the measurements and notes they record about your progress.
You can leave the gym whenever you want from its profile.
Premium and payments
Some features are paid.
The subscription is purchased and charged through your phone's store (Google Play or the App Store), with its price and period visible before you pay. It renews automatically until you cancel, and it is cancelled from the store itself, not from here.
When you cancel you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
Leaving GymHouse
You can stop using the app whenever you want.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that is used to harm other people. When it's something that can be corrected, we'll try to tell you first.
Changes to these terms
If we change something important, the app will ask you to accept them again before you can keep using it.
The date of the latest revision appears at the end of this document. A minor wording fix won't ask you for anything.
